Come and Try for over 55s: Whatever your age, ability or level of activity, you are welcome to join Gentle Flow Yoga for Over 55's. You will be guided through a gentle flow class to help you gain energy, flexibility, balance and focus. The poses are modified to suit anyone and will help strengthen and stretch your muscles. The breath awareness exercises will calm the nervous system and help quiet the mind. BYO exercise mat and a light blanket.
