Business Netwalking - Fenstanton to Fen Drayton Lakes

What it's all about:
Join us on a 4.5 mile walk from Fenstanton along the river to Fen Drayton lakes and back. It's a flat walk using a variety of walking trails which lead to the RSPB Nature Reserve where if we're lucky we'll see some interesting birds and wildlife. The walk can comfortably be completed within 2 hours.

What will you get from it:
I’ve tried numerous networking groups and there are many that I enjoy and get a lot from. However, I often find that once the client work is done, the business admin, accounts, marketing etc. that I’m left deciding between exercise or another networking event and the networking with the coffee and cake wins every time! With this new netwalking group, my aim is for business owners like myself to work quite literally 'outside' the business, stimulating the mind with some healthy business conversation and the body with a healthy outdoors environment. What's more, if you find the typical networking environment challenging, this is a great opportunity to meet with other business owners in a very informal environment where the conversation flows much easier and there are no 60 second pitches!

What to bring:
A smile, appropriate clothing for walking & the great British weather, water bottle and possibly snacks if you want to. Feel free to bring business cards if you do want to share your contact details with someone but please note this is not intended to be an event for 'pitching' / 'selling' in the first instance, although naturally that may follow as you build relationships.
