Dragonfly Aikikai

Dragonfly Aikikai trains in the traditional Martial Art of Aikido and was formed 26 years ago by Shihan Terry Bayliss 8th Dan. The principal instructor of Dragonfly Aikikai & Seijitsu Aikido Ryu is Shihan Terence Bayliss - 8th Dan Aikido. Terry has been teaching for over 40 years and is well known in Aikido circles nationally and internationally. Terry is an active member of the executive board at the British Aikido Board and is a BAB coach tutor, chairman of the BAB new members committee and head of the BAB clubmark project. Terry loves classical Aikido and is an exponent of circular flowing Aikido based on the traditional style. Terry also holds Saito Weapons certificate which was awarded in 1990. Terry has help running Dragonfly from a number of experienced instructors all of whom hold BAB coaching qualifications and appropriate insurance together with the BAB DBS requirements.
