There was a time not so long ago where I had given up work to raise a young family and whilst this brought me much joy and love, there was something was missing. I desperately wanted to do something more with my life but I had no idea what that looked like. I turned to my yoga and meditation practice to start exploring what I wanted and more importantly what I was good at. I started to realise that I loved helping other mothers find their inner calm when the kids are acting crazy. I use my yoga practice to do this and started to think that actually I really liked the idea of teaching these skills to other women. I signed up to a yoga teacher training and began what was to be the most wonderful journey I could have ever dreamed of taking. Now I work around my family helping and teaching others to use these wonderful skills to start living a wonderfully fulfilling life. I continue to learn wonderful techniques that help gain a more positive mindset and am very excited about helping you too.
