This is a seated Pilates class and is suitable for anyone who would find it challenging to do a traditional Pilates class on a mat on the floor. The class will be based upon on the principles of Pilates and will focus on core exercises to strengthen the spine, increase strength and mobility of the joints to in order to improve the function of the body in daily tasks. We will use a combination of small props; these props support chair based exercises and provide the body with feedback during the movements.

The 5 week block is £40. I will be in touch following your booking in order to arrange payment which can be made on the first class either via cash or cheque or internet transfer if you'd prefer. BACS PAYMENTS NEED TO BE MADE PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS*
Please wear clothing you feel comfortable to move in, close fitting clothing is preferable so that I can check your alignment and posture and make any adjustments.
You are required to fill in and sign a pre-exercise health screening which I will send to you before the block commences. I need this before you can begin your classes.
