Get ready to change your life as we dive into the nine lifestyle habits of people from the Sardinia, Italy Blue Zone and the Okinawa, Japan Blue Zone from the comfort of your home. Nutritionist Anelise Antunes will cover the power of loving, exercise, Sardinia longevity secrets, home cooking, soy, and the outer limits of the amazing human machine. 

The Capitol Hill Counseling and Resource Center is excited to continue "First Mondays," a free virtual series in 2022 to improve the overall health and vitality of the community. The presenter is acclaimed Nutritionist and Wholistic Health Coach, Anelise Antunes.
