ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Miguel Ronaldo Valdez is a psychologist by trade but an entrepreneur at heart. Driven to reform his industry, he focuses on developing synergistic and practical approaches for the psychology in the business context. He is the President and CEO of Vanguard Assessments, an assessment and consultancy firm with 30 years of experience, specializing in talent selection and evaluation.
Riyan Portuguez is a registered psychologist, psychometrician, national lecturer, and psychology blogger. She is the digital marketing officer in Vanguard Assessments. She is an active member of Psychological Association of the Philippine's LGBT Special Interest Group and currently the co-coordinator of the said division which promotes the rights, well-being, and gender equality.
Therese Cambe Castillo is a strong advocate for recovery from addiction and mental health and has spearheaded events as a newly appointed International Recovery Month Planning Partner. She headed the Clinical services department at Seagulls Flight Foundation, Inc. and is now the Assistant Vice President for Behavioral Health. Furthermore, she is the founder and wellness curator of Camp Coco Wellness Alternatives.
Jason Go is an executive coach and founder of SPARK Center for Professional Development. Go is a member of International Association of Coaching and have done coaching to students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and high performance employees. Go is also a Developmental Psychology major at De La Salle University - Manila. His coaching techniques allow his clients to move forward in their career and business while ensuring an exciting process, fulfillment, balance in their life.
Ferdinand Villafuerte is a resident psychologist from Better Steps Psychology Inc, a psychology group practice that promotes mental and holistic wellness for all. The Better Steps team is composed of Filipino psychologists and mental health professionals trained from some of the most prestigious psychology departments, institutions, and clinics in the Philippines.
