We will be at the beautiful, luxurious and historical Vår Gård 4-star hotel and conference facility in Saltsjöbaden.

Located directly by the ocean and with facilities that provide the perfect ambience for our workshop I'm happy to invite you to this transformational experience.

We will meet at the conference room called 'Marc'. A conference room usually made for 60 people.


You will be provided with a delicious and light meal. Please bring extra provision if needed.


This course is for everyone who would like to explore and discover the possibilities of the human mind and body in a safe and fun environment. To learn the in-depth knowledge of the Wim Hof Method and how to implement it into your life.

No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner of the Wim Hof Method we will do our best to give you what you need.

Everyone can participate according to their own ability and level of comfort and the ice-bath is always optional.

Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Lv. 2

Daniel is a 'Dan on a mission' to help you help yourself find your true power, inner peace, a bigger purpose and a healthy community.

Over the years Daniel learnt various effective techniques to improve his well-being and life for one clear reason: because he had to. He himself carried depression, dis-ease, obsessive overthinking, fatigue, addiction, anxiety, worry doubt and fear in him. Especially the fear of failure, discomfort and the cold.

Daniel started training this method in 2015 which deeply transformed his life for the better.

In 2017 he trained with Wim Hof to become a certified Wim Hof Method instructor which is a powerful yet simple technique consisting of:

breathwork and meditation, mindset and commitment as well as gradual exposure to the cold. This accelerated his process and helped him integrate a deeper understanding of nature, himself and others.

Now he turned his winters into summer, ALMOST never becomes sick, found a deep inner peace, calm and stillness and wants to share this ability with you.

He founded BMS Solutions as a way to help you help yourself connect to the innate wisdom that we are a unified, complex being and not a divided construct and have to approach ourselves in this way. Leave out one part and we just don’t feel quite whole, right?

Further he co-founded 'hale' a breathing center. A place to breathe, connect and grow. A center to learn about breath and all kinds of styles of breathwork as well as a place for personal development and like minded community.


Daniel is deeply dedicated to his own personal growth and the growth of others while having a lot of fun, play and joy on this journey. And over all he loves helping people.


Wim Hof (born 20 April 1959), also known as The Iceman, is a Dutch extreme athlete noted for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures. He has set over 20 Guinness world records for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and still holds the record for a barefoot half-marathon on ice and snow. He attributes these feats to his Wim Hof Method (WHM).

The Wim Hof Method is a powerful and proven method that is practiced by thousands of people all over the world. Wim's method will give you all the tools you need to take control over your own body. The method is about reconnecting us to ourselves, to others and to nature.

Wim Hof has been the subject of several medical assessments and a book by investigative journalist Scott Carney.

Wim Hof's mission is to help you become strong, healthy and happy, because he believes that being and radiating these three features is being enlightened.


Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, followed by a breathing session, a short break, and then an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

Instructors have their own specialisations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

As a company offering live event workshops, the alarm around the spread of the coronavirus has certainly impacted us. The health and well-being of our participants is very important to us, so we’ve been considering all options to make sure we navigate this situation appropriately.

After extensive research and discussion, we’ve decided to continue offering our courses around the world for the time being - we believe that with rigorous precautions and care, we can mitigate the risks of gathering together for our courses, and be able to continue to share the practice of the Wim Hof Method with you.

We want to accommodate anyone who chooses to withdraw from a course for any health-related concerns. There will be an option to come to further events along the year or to be refunded.

For full refund please use swish as payment option due to the ticket URL having multiple costs associated to it.

For registered participants, we’d like to request following these precautions:

Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. When soap and running water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand rub with at least 60% alcohol.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

Bring your own drinking vessel(s) for water and coffee/tea.

If you’re feeling sick or have any health issues that might compromise your immune system, we ask that you please stay home until you feel better.

We will have hand sanitiser and plenty of tissues on hand at all courses; however, we encourage you to bring any other precautionary resources you might want (disinfectant wipes, etc.).
