Cardio Tennis - Scottsdale, AZ 2021

Description Tennis Cardio is a fun, group fitness class set to music that gives players of all abilities a high-energy workout. Tennis Cardio includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down. Players will elevate their heart rate into their training zone and burn calories while having fun! Players will participate in fun and challenging drills and play points using red, orange, and green lower compression balls. This is not a tennis instructional class - be ready to move! *it is recommended that players consult their medical professional prior to registration and participation. This is cardio tennis class at Scottsdale Ranch Park, 10400 E Via Linda. This lesson requires a 2.0 rating or greater for registration. RATING LEVELS WILL BE VERIFIED. If you register for this lesson and it does not match your computer rating, you will be removed from the lesson. However, an opening in your correct rating level may not be available at that time. Please note: There is a $10 administration fee for any lesson withdrawal or lesson transfer.
