Celebrate New Beginnings at Hotel Biron

What a year it has been! It means so much to see how many people love this bar and root for us to succeed! To celebrate us making it this far, I will be sharing food from my family’s culture of Trinidad and Tobago. Caribbean style curry chicken for meat lovers and Chana & Aloo (curry chickpeas and potatoes) for vegetarians, 1 drink minimum for the food. See you all there!
