Equipment required:
|☞ Rebounder (if you don t have one, please let us know so we can bring one to the park for you)
| ☞ Towel, water bottle
| ☞ Yoga Mat
◆ Please arrive at least 15 mins prior class so we can set up and make sure everyone is safe and adhere to social distancing.
◆ Please be vaccinated, or wear a mask at all times.
