Description Join us for a gentle chair yoga class, perfect for
building strength, flexibility, and balance. We'll use therabands
and/or light weights (1-3lbs) to enhance movements and deepen
stretches. This class will also focus on breathwork and meditation for
a well-balanced class. Ideal for those with limited mobility, or
anyone seeking a low-impact practice. No prior yoga experience is
needed. Bring two 1-3lb weights to class sessions.
