This part of the workshop will be about what we can do to help someone through passing from the physical world, how to guide them, what to do before and after to support their journey, how to recognize the different stages they are in when they go through it. What to do and what to avoid in order to help someone else benefit from this important experience and even transcend some of their karma. Also, few ideas on dealing with grief.The information used is from various spiritual traditions (both Tantra Yoga, Tibetan Tantra, and some aspects from Christianity).
