We have been growing all season with this dinner in mind and will include a few other locally-sourced items to complete the meal and introduce you to our community of Maine growers. Summer Gazpacho Shooter, dollop of chive espuma Cold River Cured Gravlax, True North salmon, soda bread, dill cream and roasted radish salad Macintosh Smoked Chicken, cider-brined natural chicken, roasted fennel & carrots, apple vinaigrette Katahdin Lamb Shawarma, herb pita, roasted corn & chickpeas, Moonflower pea shoots, red wine pickled pears & tzaziki Braised Devon-Angus Cross Oxtail, wild mushrooms, sweet 100's, watercress, mashed garlic white beans and natural jus.
