Hoboe Productions proudly presents Skull & Roses (& Friends),
returning to Portland House of Music and Events, Friday, September
27th, 2024. Skull & Roses is a Boston-area collective that emulates
the sonic sorcery of the Good Ol’ Grateful Dead at their musical
peak. From faithful renditions of your favorite Hunter/Garcia ballads
to face-melting, spacey jams, Skull & Roses does it all with a
reverence for the original music that shines through on every note.
They’ve been featured at Fenway Park’s “Jerry Garcia Day,”
Sugarloaf Ski Resort’s “Fire On the Mountain,” and have even
made a few trips to the Grateful Campout in mid-coast Maine. Skull &
Roses enjoy a solid reputation among fans who appreciate the care and
attention they put into making the songs sound “just exactly
perfect.” Catch them and see for yourself… it's a real good time!
