Description

Ready, Set, Run is an international program assisting youth into a healthier lifestyle. A coach will lead runners on training runs twice a week for 10 weeks culminating with the Lakelands 5K run on Labor Day Weekend. Days and times of the training runs will be established by the coach. Progress will be tracked and logged by the coaches.
