#YesSheCanCampaign is a 501(c)(3) youth-led national non-profit organization/movement that empowers, inspires and shares the stories of women who are overcoming adversity while striving to complete high school and college.

We are proud to announce our 2nd annual Sparkle Summit will be held on June 2, 2018, at the New Jersey National Guard Armory in Bordentown, New Jersey. The Sparkle Summit theme this year is Keep Climbing because we believe despite the many obstacles in life, the climb is what counts. This year the summit will be open to ALL YOUTH and will feature inspiring speakers, workshops, service projects, performances & more. The Sparkle Summit will empower YOU to use your passions to make a difference in your communities and the world.

Important Information:

  • Summit is opened to ALL YOUTH (not just girls)

  • Doors Open and Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

  • Registration will be from 8:30 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. Doors will close at 9:30 a.m. 

  • Students must stay the whole summit

  • Make sure to have your ticket printed out or available on your mobile device.

  • Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. (please let us know by May 7, 2018, about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.)

  • Students under the age of 18 must bring a permission slip/photo release form to the summit.  The form will be available starting March 30, 2018. 

  • Groups must email (yesshecancampaign@gmail.com) their group list no later than April 1, 2018. One ticket counts for one group! 

  • If your child is in 5th grade or 6th grade we highly recommend that you create a Group of 10 students. If you buy a single ticket for your child, your child will be placed with a group and a volunteer at the summit.

  • The summit is only open to students 5th grade and up. If you are an adult and would like to attend you can sign up to bring a group or sign up to volunteer. 

  • Once our group tickets are sold out, we will not be accepting any groups. Please get your ticket early.

  • Security check will be at the door and there will be high security at the summit. 

Sparkle Summit starts promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Parents are invited to attend our "How to SUPPORT your Children's Dreams" the workshop will be held from 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Vendors: Vendors can sign up by emailing yesshecancampaign@gmail.com and the vendor must submit a payment of $40.00 (additional fees may apply). 

Set up: 10:00 a.m.

Vendor times: 12:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m.

Scholarships-Youth Run Businesses can apply for a scholarship by emailing yesshecancampaign@gmail.com. We will waive your fee. (5 scholarships are available to students who are apart of #YesSheCanCampaign) Deadline: April 2, 2018.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, the student must be in 5th grade, we recommend that you create a group if your child is under 13 years old. 

What if my child will be starting 5th grade in the Fall of 2018?

Yes, your child can still attend. 

 What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a river line train about 5-10 minutes away from the venue, the train comes from Camden and Trenton train stations. There are parking options, parking will only be given to groups after the registration period ends.  

What can I bring to the event?

Middle School and High School Students: Ticket and Permission Slip/Photo Release Form

College Students: Ticket and College I.D 

Will Lunch be served? 

Yes, lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m! Please let us know by May 7, 2018, about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
