Learn the art of how to home brew beer at Clover Brooke Farm!

Spend the afternoon with Dr. Mike Tibbetts, the co-owner of Clover Brooke Farm and of Hyde Park Hops with Andrea Parent-Tibbetts. He has also been a college professor/Yeast Geneticist at a liberal arts college in The Hudson Valley for over 25 years. He’s a home brewer who appreciates good beer and understands the biochemistry of fermentation. His brewing experience spans over a decade in the brewing of beer, mead and cider. His style is casual but informative and based on his years of college teaching.

Enjoy tours of the hop field and brewing setup that will let you craft your home brew right on the farm! Clover Brooke Farm will supply you with everything you need and give you the know-how to create your perfect beer-brewing experience.
