Ryan Reiffert is a corporate & business attorney based in San Antonio, Texas. He has been practicing business & corporate law since 2012 and represents investors, entrepreneurs, startups, and family businesses to help them protect their assets and grow their businesses. He received his BA from the University of Texas and his JD from NYU School of Law. He was trained at major international law firms such as Greenberg Traurig and Latham & Watkins. He has also served as General Counsel of a local tech startup that has raised over $10M in Series A funding.
