Our Yoga CLASSES ARE A BLEND OF WARM-ups, breathing techniques, asana
and relaxation based on traditional yoga practices. The class would be
non-strenuous, well supported, and restorative. Postures will be
approached in gradual steps, focusing on self-awareness, balance,
breathing and repetition.
We aim at providing a safe, interactive, effective and a fun-filled
environment that is welcoming to all.
We also encourage a highly individualized approach to suit needs of
every student.
The ultimate goal would be self-development & a physical, mental, and
social wellbeing.
All levels are welcome.
Class timings: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 9.45am.
Fees: 50 AED per class or 450AED for 10 CLASSES VALID FOR 60 DAYS.

Yoga Teacher: Sushmita Naik
RYT-200, Yoga Teacher, Physical Therapist.
A physical therapist by profession, Sushmita holds an experience of
over 7 years in the health care industry both in India and UAE.
A passionate yoga practitioner over the last 3 years, where her
passion for yoga began while she dealt with people of varied physical
ailments. She found mere mental and physical balance as a solution.
This led her in supporting peoples healing and well being through
yoga.
She has received training in Yoga, inspired by principles of Ashtanga
yoga and Hatha yoga. Her ardent interest in Yoga philosophy and her
capability as a guide makes her spiritedly blend the elements of:
breathing, attitude, mindfulness and asana, with an aim to commit to
long-term health and fitness goals.
Day today occurrences have urged her cultivate a deep relevance and
learning in the field of nutrition too.
Her yoga CLASSES WOULD BE A WELL-tailored combination of her knowledge
and practice related to the health aspects of the human body and
principles of Yoga for a long term healthful well-being and peaceful
living.
Qualifications:
• 200 hours Yoga TTC, The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India.
• RYT 200-hours (YOGA alliance, USA).
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, UOWD, Dubai.
• Certified Basic Life Support Instructor (2013).
