Created in 2007 by comedians Andrew Maxwell and Marcus Brigstocke, Altitude Comedy Festival IS the worlds No.1 alpine comedy festival. We offer a truly unique comedy event, which fuses the adrenaline rush of a ski holiday with the madcap thrills of a top-notch comedy festival. Altitude takes place in the chocolate box surroundings of Mayrhofen, Austria, one of Europes most beautiful (and fun!) ski resorts which sits next to the Hintertux Glacier which is the only ski area in Austria open all year round which is perfect for any serious skiers and boarders whatever the weather. We welcome comedy fans and people interested in winter sports to join in the shenanigans where you will get to see some of the UKs best and emerging comedians in intimate settings.
