Forearm Plank *Please arrive on time, prepared and ready for the start
of testing by 0745. *Ensure you have any relevant medical
restrictions, information or detail ready for PTI to assess. *If you
do not have appropriate medical information available, you may not be
able to undertake the test. You must have a PM101 stating your ability
to take the test if you are medically downgraded. Any issues or
