ZUMBA is an amazing aerobic workout to Latin Music. This class is well attended and is a lot of fun. I am a highly skilled LICENSED Zumba instructor. I've taught Zumba for about 10 years and have been a fitness professional for more than 15 years. I will have you getting into my unique choreography in no time!
Reggae, Electro-Tribal, Urban Latin Pop, Salsa, Merenge, plus many other styles of music and dance. No dance experience necessary!
But due to insurance requirements you need to be 16 or over and NOT pregnant.
Come and join me -- I'm sure you will have a blast!

Is there a required fitness level?
No. My Zumba classes will suit any fitness level. If you have any concerns about your ability to attend, please consult your doctor.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is good FREE parking at Copland College. You can see entrance to the theatre from the carpark. It is not difficult to find and only a short distance to walk. If you need a GPS street address, it is 97 Verbrugghen Street, Melba.
What can I bring into the event?
Please come ready to dance. Bring water and towel.
