Applying a Design Thinking framework, she engenders innovation and critical thinking across teams. With an extensive network across the property industry, she well understands the opportunities and challenges presented as we move towards equality. Cameron Martin Principal, DesignInc A highly experienced architect, Cameron Martin is head of the Health and Education portfolios at DesignInc Sydney. He also leads the Business Development and Marketing team. Cameron is driven to improve peoples everyday experiences through design. He brings a collaborative, human-centred approach to his work, consulting with key stakeholdersincluding clients, the project team and end usersto understand each project and ensure the best possible outcome for all.
