comfortable during and after the birth.
Learn how to help baby adjust to life outside the womb during the
first six weeks after birth: breastfeeding, swaddling, bathing, babys
communication, nappies and much more.
Learn how to adjust to your new life by exploring strategies for
looking after yourself and supporting your partner during early
parenting days.
Our workshops focus on encouraging women to have an active birth and
ideally avoiding intervention when possible. They are facilitated by a
local qualified and experienced midwife. Limiting the numbers of
people attending allows for a more personal experience with a lot of
time for practice and questions. It also gives an opportunity for
people to get to know each other and share this unique experience.?
