GATE OPENING TIMES  _(Subject to change pending finalised race times)_ BRC Members & Owners: 10.00am Public: 10.30am Functions: 11.30am RACEDAY OFFICE & CLOAK ROOM Our Raceday Office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm. Physical access will be from 10:00am once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 9.00am - (07) 3268 6800. Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected within 30 minutes of the last race. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office located at Eagle Farm during the week. DRESS CODE For THIS RACEDAY ONLY, the Members Reserve area will enjoy a RELAXED DRESS CODE to celebrate Bundaberg Rum Country Music Raceday. Feel free to rock your denim, flannel or other 'country-style' clothing to get into the spirit. Please note: Joggers, thongs, and shorts will not be permitted in Members Reserve areas and *Bernborough Bar will still require the standard dress code for entry. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please note, if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au. EXTERNAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note, as Brisbane Racing Club is a licensed venue you may be asked for ID when on course. Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver license or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted. It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent. (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
