Your ticket provides access to the public precincts across the racecourse, including a variety of bars, eateries and pop-up activations throughout the day. Get in early and pre-purchase your ticket to save on the gate price on raceday. This ticket is suitable for patrons of all ages. Raceday Office & Cloak Room The Raceday Office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Physical access begins at 10:00am, when gates open to Members and Owners. Phone support is available from 9:00am at (07) 3268 2179. A cloak room is available at the office. Items must be collected within 30 minutes of the last race. Unclaimed items can be picked up during the week from the BRC Administration Office at Eagle Farm.
