Description DAY CAMP WEEK 2 Field Trip: DeWitt Opera House and DeWitt Aquatic Center June 16-20 Register by May 18 - $185/Week Register after May 18 - $195/Week Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm Middle Park Upper - Ages 5-8 (off of Middle Road, west of The Landing) Camper to Counselor Ratio is 10:1 Keep your child active and engaged all summer long! Our Summer Day Camp is the perfect option to give your little ones the fun-filled summer they deserve, and with the ability to choose the weeks that work for your family, it’s a no brainer! Activities include daily games, arts and crafts, socialization, visitors to camp, nature walks, weekly field trips. Guidelines Any requests for accommodation must be received prior to the camper’s first week. Please contact Bettendorf Parks & Recreation at (563) 344-4113 with requests. Campers are required to bring a nut-free sack lunch with drink each day, unless otherwise stated in the weekly schedule. Children may be dropped off at the camp site no earlier than 7:30 am and must be picked up no later than 5:30 pm. Children will not be accepted before 7:30 am, and guardians late for pick-up will be charged $5 every 5 minutes - after the first offense, a flat $25 fee each time the guardian is late for pickup. Campers should be prepared for the elements of the day, as camp is held outdoors. Children should wear “play” clothes and comfortable tennis shoes. Campers should attend with sunscreen and a refillable water bottle. All belongings should be labeled. Call for drop-off and pick-up locations. Payment Plan Policy: A payment plan if needed is available for this week of camp. If you wish to enroll your child into this week of camp, click “Add to Cart”. You'll need to view the payment plan option. Here you can click "Agree to Payment Plan" or "Decline" (if you wish to pay in full). An initial payment of 20% for this week's fees must be paid at the time of registration. The 80% balance will be automatically withdrawn on the specific date shown below. Weeks 1 and 2 – Balance Due May 26 Weeks 3 and 5 – Balance Due June 16 (no camp Week 4) Weeks 6 and 7 – Balance Due July 7 Weeks 8 and 9 – Balance Due July 21 Camp Orientation An optional orientation will be held for campers and their families at the camper’s site on June 5 from 6:00-7:00 pm. Meet counselors, ask questions, and get comfortable before the first day. Attendance is encouraged for first time campers.
