Welcome to the sixth workshop in a series of eleven monthly educational nature sessions, brought to you in collaboration with Riverbend Nature Connections.

Join us for an engaging workshop on the vital role of tree hollows and the amazing animals that depend on them in Queensland’s unique ecosystems! Learn how hollows form, why they’re essential for species like possums, gliders, parrots, and owls, and the challenges these creatures face as natural hollows disappear.

Discover practical ways to support wildlife, from installing nest boxes to preserving old trees. Perfect for nature enthusiasts, landowners, and anyone passionate about conservation, this workshop will inspire you to make a difference.

Together, we can help protect the homes of Australia’s hollow-dependent animals for generations to come!

Where: Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth St, Urangan.
