Every Sunday morning the Parkway Hotel comes alive with some of Sydney's best seasonal produce and quite a few other surprises.
The range on offer is expansive and includes organic to conventional fruit and vegetables, seasonal produce such as garlic and feijoa, free range eggs (get in early as these sell out quicker than a blink of the eye), grass fed beef, hard to find gourmet indulgences, eco friendly products for mind body and spirit, gluten free yummies, plants, medicinal herbs. The list just goes on!
It's also a fantastic meeting point where you can catch up with friends over a coffee and pastry (or two!), have a yarn with the producers about what's in season and what's coming up, swap a recipe or two, chow down on some of the fantastic street food, and find little gems such as those fairtrade goodies everyone loves so much.
