This streamed video session will be facilitated by an on-site CCSA
subject matter expert.
Topics to be covered are:
* organisational governance and management
* financial management
* board management roles and processes, and
* leadership development
in an Early Childhood Education and Care context.
The workshop will combine with sessions in other locations for live
questions and answers.
The target audience is service directors, management committees and
administration staff.
