Life & Soul - Women's Circle

WOMEN HAVE BEEN GATHERING IN CIRCLES SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME TO SHARE EXPERIENCES, stories, thoughts, ideas and prayers.Circles are beautifully simple and powerful. They are judgment-free zones, a safe environment where we can be our truly selves to heal, renew, and empower one another, bringing positive changes to our lives. The meetings create a new level of sisterhood that amplifies our individual evolution and collective transformation. The circle becomes a container for truth telling and synchronicity amongst the participants. It’s a place to witness magic, every single time. How do our women's circles work? We gather in a circle with no more than 12 women, excluding facilitators. Once the theme is presented, we allow time for sharing and we also conduct activities to explore the theme even further. Our meetings go from 2 to 3 hours, allowing each participant enough time to share and engage in the group activities. Each unique perspective is valued and recognized as we know that each vital piece enriches the whole. Meditation practices are often an important part of the meetings.
