The BREAD SOCIAL BAKERS WILL BE TAKING YOU THROUGH THE BASICS OF
SOURDOUGH BREAD MAKING. We are going to replicate home baking
conditions so you can achieve great results without commercial
equipment . We will take you through each stage of the process
including ; Mixing, proving, shaping and baking.By the end of the
course you'll be taking home some bread you've baked, some dough
you've shaped, some Bread Social starter and as many tips and tricks
as we can squeeze into three hours. We will finish with some local
produce, refreshments and an opportunity for questions with a few
members of our baking team.
