DR APRIL ARMSTRONG is a UWA graduate of Medicine and works in General
Practice in Kalgoorlie Western Australia. She is passionate about the
business of medicine. She is the founder of the Business for Doctors
concept and social media group. April was awarded the WA Telstra
Business Woman of the Year 2015 in the start-up category and her rural
practice, Collins Street Surgery nominated for the WA Telstra Business
Awards 2015. She has developed strategies and methods in investing and
business management
MS APRIL RATAJZAK
April R (or A2 in the small circles of BFD) is the most recent member
to join the BFD speaking team. Her 19 years experience of nursing,
practice nursing and more recently practice management bring valuable
insight to care plans, health assessments and the role of the practice
manager in mbs compliance.
April is the founder/director of Focus Accrediation and organisation
that steps practices through the accrediation process to ensure a
smooth site visit and successful accreditation. She also offers
business management solutions for practices.
