Breath is the foundation of wellness and vitality.
This training is being run by Functional Breathing™ instructor Glenn
Weinert who has been featured in Good Health magazine and who has
trained in many modalities.
The purpose of these classes is to develop the ability to use the
breathe to improve your life. Be that a reduction in stress and
anxiety levels or to be able be more physically active.
There is a difference between breathing techniques and breath
conditioning, and we show you how to improve your breathing in a
structured way.
Rather than relying on singular techniques, Functional Breathing has
developed the BREATHE Method which is a simple but comprehensive
methodology.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF BLENDING PRACTICAL AND THEORY OUR CLASSES ARE NOT
INTENDED TO BE MEDITATION, RELAXATION OR MINDFULNESS CLASSES.
If you would like to come to our classes then they can be taken stand
alone.But we can also help you develop and track an action plan over
the weeks. Typically good results can be achieved in 4-5 weeks and
lasting change can occur between 8-10 weeks.
