Come down to Nurragingy Reserve during Sydney's Biggest Backyard - 50 Years in the Making and spot some of the waterbugs that live in our creeks!
Waterbugs tell us a lot about how healthy a creek is, depending on what species are present. We will do some sampling along Eastern Creek in Nurragingy Reserve to catch some bugs, and then we will use a simple app on our phones to tell us what bugs we have caught!

We will meet at the Casuarina Shelter at Nurragingy Reserve. Easiest way to access the shelter is to turn left at the Cross Street roundabout as you enter Nurragingy and follow the signs to Nurragingy Reserve. There is a carpark close by to the shelter.
