The NSW Department of Education are running interactive WORKSHOPS THAT
FOCUS ON EMERGENCY PLANNING FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION SERVICES.
Children are especially vulnerable when it comes to emergencies.
Planning, preparation and building resilience to potential emergencies
affecting your service ensures that educators and staff are equipped
with the knowledge to respond effectively.
The department has engaged with specialist agency Tigertail, to
deliver another round of state-wide emergency management workshops for
education and care services.
These free, full-day interactive workshops focus on key aspects of
emergency planning and include practical guidance on risks that may be
applicable to your service, and how to link these risks to your
emergency plans and procedures/communication plan.
This workshop is open to all education and care services in NSW. To
attend a session, please register above.
Don’t forget to bring your existing emergency management plan to get
the most out of this workshop!
Please note registration is limited to one ticket per order. Please
ensure you complete the pre-workshop survey here prior to registering
