The “Tweed Tourism Resilient Leadership Program” approach is very practical and develops both personal, professional and leadership skills, alongside resilience.
It will help you to:
• Keep your business strong;
• Identify key business challenges and build your capacity to grow and flourish;
• Form close networks with others and promote preparedness and resilience to future disasters; and
• Make you a stronger leader.
Resilient Leadership Program includes:
4 x 1 DAY WORKSHOPS
Build Industry Resilience: vision, minimising negative impacts, embracing opportunities for local communities,
building resilience at an industry wide level (scenario based);
Resilient Leader: our strengths and personalities, emotional intelligence, finding solutions, motivation and passion,
personal resilience;
Resilient Teams: creating engaged and positive workplace culture, team dynamics that inspire and motivate, social
communication styles, building team resilience; and
Open to a Connected World: build community-problem solving (scenario based), a responsive regional tourism and
business network, partnerships and communicate to influence.
COACHING & BUSINESS MENTORING
2 x 1:1 coaching sessions focussed on “between the ears” (headspace / personal and professional growth, developing a
better leader), “on” and “in” the business will take place between the workshops.
Note: These sessions will be scheduled to fit with participant availability and done online.
The “Tweed Tourism Resilient Leadership Program” is significantly subsidised by TTC and will provide you with personalised business mentoring, growth opportunities and learnings, valued at over $2,000. The participant cost is $495 plus GST
