This workshop will introduce you to modified PILATES EXERCISES. The
exercises are performed standing (with a chair for support if needed),
and/or sitting on a chair.
The exercises performed are low-impact, gentle movements designed to
improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and confidence in
the control of movement.
This workshop will enable each person to participate at their own pace
and within their own capabilities; and aims to develop stronger, safer
seniors, assist in the prevention of falls and keep seniors living
independently, longer.
