RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
Essentials: Espresso _or_ 10-15 hours of experience working with a
barista
Learn to prepare high quality Milk and prepare all beverages on an
espresso menu.
Learning outcomes include
* Refresher: setup of grinder w/ recipe
* Milk Steaming
* Milk pouring / basic latte art
* Café menu production
* Coffee service standards
* Workflow Practice time
DURATION: 3 hours – 70% hands on
Class size: 8 people
The session is held at the GRINDERS COFFEE training centre located at
204 NORTON STREET IN LEICHHARDT.
