page FITNESS - SENIORS HEALTH & FITNESS PACKAGE The SENIORS HEALTH &
FITNESS PACKAGE IS A GREAT UNIQUE exercise programme designed for
members of the community who are over 50 years of age. This PACKAGE
INCORPORATES A COMBINATION OF EXERCISES WITH THE INTENTION OF
STRENGTHENING HEALTH, body and mind. The PACKAGE INCLUDES ACCESS TO
TWO SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR FOUR WEEKS, at 90 minutes per session
that’s only $9 per hour! In the heart of the inner west of Sydney,
your tutor will guide you through a combination of cardiovascular and

Vivienne, Leichhardt. Course Structure: Each class runs for 90 minutes
and they have been designed to help you reach your FITNESS GOALS:

location for your course. Outdoor course at Camperdown Tennis Centre
Our outdoor FITNESS CLASS TAKES PLACE AT THE SYDNEY CENTRE FOR TENNIS,
Camperdown and the surrounding parkland. The centre is located at the
back of the old Camperdown Bowling Centre on Mallet Street in
Camperdown. The gate at the Tennis Centre will remain locked until
your tutor arrives each morning. If you arrive early please wait at
the gate for David to arrive. On rainy days classes will go ahead as
they take place in the tennis centre under the large covered area.
Indoor course at Rozelle We also run an indoor option in our big hall
at our Rozelle site, which is located at 2a Gordon Street, Rozelle (no
access via Victoria Rd). There is a site officer at the front office
from 8.30am. What to Bring Water Towel Sunblock and hat (when
necessary) Appropriate clothing for cooler months Physical Activity
Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) Our Sport courses are designed to be
fun and keep you HEALTHY. A sensible step before you start is to
complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire PAR-Q. PAR-Q is a
self-screening tool that should be used by anyone planning to increase
their physical activity. PAR-Q is designed to help you help yourself.
It is a sensible first step if you are planning to increase your
physical activity by enrolling in this course. Please answer the
questions below as accurately as possible. Go to the PAR-Q page Avoid

and Victoria Road) Rozelle 2039 Site Directions Approximately 30 car
spaces for free unlimited onsite parking. If you get to class early
you have a good chance of getting one. Surrounding street parking is
free, for 2 hours max. Public Transport Catch any of the frequent
buses over the Anzac Bridge from Town Hall, which takes approximately
5 mins. Check the transport NSW app or website for more information.
