The Tropical Fruits New Year's Festival is a celebration held in the
city of Lismore in sub-tropical Northern NSW, an area rather
appropriately known as the Rainbow Region. This is a celebration of
LGBTI culture, which has a strong presence in the region. For 2017 the
four day Tropical Fruits New Year's Festival includes: Street Parade
(Molesworth Street), New Year’s Eve Party (Showgrounds), Pool Party
Recovery (Lismore Memorial Baths) and Recovery Party (Showgrounds).
