YOUR COURSE FACILITATOR IS ELISHA XANTAYA
Elisha is the Founder and Practitioner of Xantaya Health – borne
from her own personal journey towards health, happiness and inner
freedom. Elisha is a qualified Bowen Therapist. This has been the
foundation of her healing practice, alongside Sound Healing and Energy
Coaching. She has experienced both formal and non-formal MEDITATION
TRAINING ON SILENT RETREATS AND PRACTISED WITH THE ANCIENT WISDOM OF
INDIGENOUS MEDITATION, or communication with nature’s elements.
She has come from 7 years in training, leadership and group dynamics
as an Engineer Officer in the NZ Army, blasting in Australian Coal
Mines, freelancing as a Graphic Artist and now operates her business
as Holistic Health Practitioner, Energy Coach and Inspirational
Speaker. Her passion is education and empowerment through many
channels including workshops, songwriting, art, spoken word
performance and community gatherings.
Elisha facilitates Quantum Connection Workshops, 5–Elements
MEDITATION COURSES – in Newcastle and online COURSES, Sound Healing
and training programs for individuals and groups of all ages. Her
experience is grounded in science and bridges the realms of physics &
energy – the physical and non-physical aspects of ourselves for
alignment of mind, body, spirit and reconnection to our innate
wisdom.
Elisha is an avid explorer and eternal optimist. Her toolkit for
freedom has been nature and adventure…freedom from the 'status quo'
through vanlife touring, singing, art, festivals, dance, spontaneity
