Feel the Love is an annual community building event that brings
together local LGBTIQ community members and organisations in timing
with the wider Mardi Gras festival each year. Organised by the Inner
West Council and the LGBTIQ Working Group, 2019 marks the seventh
Reception Celebration.The reception celebration is traditionally
followed by a Rainbow Flag Raising Ceremony and the flag is flown for
the remainder of the Mardi Gras celebrations. The flag raising
ceremony is taking place at 8.00am on Friday 8 February 2019 at the
Lackey Street Piazza, Summer Hill.
