2020 & THE 6TH MARCH 2020 - PLEASE CHOOSE 21ST FEBRUARY 2020 FROM THE
DROP DOWN TABGyms these days are packed with many trainers who are
trying to entertain their clients with fancy equipment and techniques.
Just as many trainers deliver sloppy, lazy programs copied straight
from the latest article they have read but are not in their client's
best interest because they haven't mastered the fundamental skill of
writing intelligent, effective workouts.Clients don't want to be
entertained. They spend money on a trainer because they want to get
results. The BOUTAGY FITNESS INSTITUTE COMBINES AN EVIDENCE-informed,
non-biased approach with practical hands-on application. The two LEVEL
INTERNSHIP SYSTEM TEACHES YOU, firstly, how to take a client through
assessments that result in delivering a goal-specific general
preparation series of programs. Once mastered, students learn the
science, theory and practice of writing effective body composition,
muscle mass, strength and weight loss programs. These courses are a
must for any personal trainer who wishes to stand out in the crowd,
further develop their skills and provide an evidence informed approach
for their clients which will keep them coming back year after year. The
courses have been running for over 15 years and are taught by Tony
BOUTAGY, who holds a PhD in sports science and has conducted well in
excess of 50,000 training sessions in his career as a coach along with
being an educator of exercise professionals for the last two
decades. Both the LEVEL ONE AND LEVEL TWO INTERNSHIPS INCLUDE A STRONG
PRACTICAL COMPONENT WHICH IS BOTH ENJOYABLE AND CHALLENGING. These
internships can be taken as stand alone courses, or as a bundle and
are accredited with CEC's from FITNESS AUSTRALIA.Please do not
hesitate to contact our course coordinator if you need further
information on either of the courses:rachel@tonyboutagy.com.auBOUTAGY
