8wk Monday lunch time MEDITATION TO HELP YOU TO RELAX, refocus and
gain clarity for your work afternoon. Join us for the 8wks or one
class. Meditation has many positive benefits including relaxation,
clarity, focus, reduction in stress and as an aid to increase in
overall wellbeing. You can now enjoy meditation in you lunch break at
St Leonards. Each session consists of relaxation techniques, guided
visualisation including silent meditation. Each term will have a
different theme.
This is an 8 week course happening every Monday from 1.10pm to 1.50pm
in St Leonards. Receive a discount and pay only $79 for the 8wks or
drop in class is $11.
