In this workshop you will learn the following to help you on your
PLANT BASED JOURNERY;- Tips to transition to a plant based lifestyle
- How To get all important nutrients including Protein, Carbohydrates,
Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, B12 and more
- Simple strategies in regards to shopping and laying out your kitchen
- Dealing with emotional binge eating, or poor eating habits
- Tips on introducing your family and children to PLANT BASED MEALS
At the end there will be a special Q&A session and we will prepare and
provide some smoothies and salads that will made from Harris Farms
produce and products. There are a limited amount of tickets available
