Self-care is essential to our wellbeing, energy and ability to give to
others.Let’s face it, we can’t give what we don’t have.
Therefore, taking personal responsibility for our own wellbeing means
we have so much more to share with others.
In tonight’s get-together we will

start with a relaxing meditation

discuss the importance of self-care
*
gain clarity on what fills our cup and
*
set out a plan to incorporate these self-nurturing practices into our
life
The aim of this session is to pause, take a deep breath, and deeply
re-connect with ourselves and our deeper loves and needs, in order to
be better equipped for our daily lives.
