Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter WSPD Walk 2019

World Suicide Prevention Day Join Lifeline as we walk to raise awareness, remember those lost to suicide and unite in a commitment to prevent further deaths by suicide. When: Tuesday 10 September 2019 Where: Dixon Park Surf Club Walk is from Dixon Park Surf Club to Merewether Baths (return). Time: 5.30am - commences at 6am. HOW DO I REGISTER: Registration online is free . (please register via the link above, we love to know how many people ‘walked with us' and also so we can let you know of any changes!) Paid Corporate team sponsorship is also available via the registration link. We would love to see local business support local Lifeline services through team sponsorship. This event is an opportunity to show your support for a suicide safer community! · Bring wet weather gear if light rain. Cancellation will be advised by 5pm the day prior to anyone registered. · A coffee van will be on-site at 5.30am for anyone who would like a coffee. · Walk will be re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather.
