YOUR FACILITATOR IS KATRINA MASON
Over 15 years of working with trauma in the Not For Profit sector has
gifted Katrina with the experience of learning to manage the
challenges of caregiving and stress. Exhausted and disheartened, she
began to search for the answers to the phenomenon of burnout in the
modern world, particularly the human services industry. Contemporary
neuroscience and biological research on the effects of mindfulness and
yoga practices caught her attention, scientifically explaining the
gains and losses she had made in her own practice.
Motivated by her experiences and the support of science, she
founded Being. Wellness and Mindful Innovation; offering purposeful,
realistic and efficient pathways to emotional wellbeing and
professional longevity.
